Finally done! He's about 64 inches, from the tip of his antennae, to the end of his feet. Definitely going to go through a few de-fuzzings, before being boxed up....

This particular one sold on eBay, for $150. By life-size, did you mean this same size, or actual Zim-size? 'Cause Zim's a shorty-short, haha.

I can't sell something that big, that's hand sewn, for $20 or less. It costs more than that, to make it.

Unfortunately, I don't really make patterns. ^^; I usually just draw directly on the fabric.
